The official language is Turkish. Turkish - English and English - Turkish simultaneous translation will be provided in selected sessions.

Name Badges
The name badges will be given to all participants. We kindly ask all participants to wear their name badges during the meeting.

Exhibition Area
During the congress, a large area devoted to drugs, medical supplies and book companies, exhibit their product.

Official congress invitations will be sent to the participants through their own request for permissions for their institutions and visa applications. The purpose of this invitation letters can just be used for permissions or visa application.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be given to all participants on November14th, 2018 at the Registration and Information Desk.

Registration and Information Desks
The registration and information desks will be operating between November 12th and November 15th 2020 from 07:00 to 00:00 hours . Participants who have not previously registered will be able to complete their registration formalities at "On-Site Registration Desks". Transfers and Shuttles
Transfers of all participants who have informed their transfer to Serenas Tourism between 12-15 November 2020 will be made as round – trip (airport – hotel – airport). Requests for changes in transfer services shall be taken into consideration provided that Serenas Tourism is notified of the change in flight schedule in writing at least 24 hours in advance. Transfer requests on dates other than mentioned above shall be regarded as private service. Please contact SERENAS for private transfer requests. Shuttle schedule between hotels and convention center shall be announced later.

100% of payment will be refunded for cancellations before June 7, 2020.

50% of payment will be refunded for cancellations between June 7 - July 31, 2020.

No refund will be made for the cancellations made on after July 31, 2020.

All cancellation requests should be done in writing and all refunds will be made after the organisation.
